we’ve been brought down to our knees
having to face a new reality
still holding on to the hope
of a better way to live and be

we pray to God to be free
of the clouds of darkness
and the negative possibilities
that now hover over humanity

simple acts of kindness
gestures of goodwill
bring tears of gratitude and remind us
what’s most important to value
in the short time we are here

our hearts have had to feel
the sorrow that we see
and still we find a way
to overcome and give our best each day

the Phoenix will rise
from the ashes and the dust
and we will do what we must
to survive and stay alive

and as find and trust
the goodwill alive in each of us
we will give as we must
as we cherish
all these acts of kindness

Come Now Holy Dove

Silhouettes of flocks of birds fly
across the softness pink of the morning sky
the holy dove of spirit circles
with greetings from the soul on high

Come now the bells of dawn
And ring so loud and true
Let me here your calling
To remind me of God’s love so true

The wings of the dove flutters near
The Holy dove of Morn brings sacred love
With the gift of possibilities
That comes with secret clues

Come now Holy Spirit
My heart is calling out for you
bring your inspiration to my life
Help guide me to the doorway into light

The Holy gift of spirit comes
And fills my body and soul
And finds a way to carry me to heaven
With a chariot of Gold

to the higher realms so high
the invisible path where Spirit resides
that holds the very secrets of life
the answers we seek to find

There is a beauty that is so sublime
It is a gift In this life we are given to see
A blessing of the Holy Mother sacred mysteries
The Holy spirit that the Dove does bring

Can you See the Angels

Can you see the Angels
the surround you with love my friend
do you feel the blessings
they bring us to the end

their wings protect and hold you
from the dangers that appear
yes you have guardian angels
that watch over you in life here

and can your vision possibly see
the angel you will one day be
with the power to return one day
and help you when you pray

for there are angels waiting to be born
inside each of us is a evolving form
until one fine day we'll be reborn
and we'll become angels of the morn

for now on earth we hide
behind ego and our pride
we cannot even see
the angels watching over you and me

can you see the Angels
the surround you with love my friend
do you feel the blessings in everything
can you hear the songs that ring

listen to the birds that sing
can you hear the message
of joy and a lighter way
to fly and be happy each day

perhaps they really know
that one day we will grow
yes we're evolving you know
with the buds deep within our souls

one day we will be free of these earthly ties
and we will grow wings and fly
far into heavenly realms
and cross over into distant lands

and soar through space and time
until one day with light we'll be refined
and we will meet the queen of angels
and then we might find

Guardian angels were with us all the time
although we could not see
there presence is a such blessing
as they watch over you and me

and one day we'll be angels
one day we'll be free
to soar across the heavens
for there is a budding angel
that is waiting there in you and me
YES, you are an angel my friend

Can you Hear the Heartbeat of the Lord

Can you hear the heartbeat of the Lord
And the Holy Mother too
It’s living in the world
And is alive right there in you

and you can you hear the rhythm of the saints
speaking with a voice that's true
the universal energy is alive
in this dance of life in you

listen for the heartbeat of the sacred one
listen for the sound
that speaks in so many infinite ways
let that sound come out right now

Hear it as your guide
Listen to the words that are there
That the heartbeat sounds
It’s the sound of life so dear

There are visions that come from the silence
til silence finds a voice
Listen to flutter of the wings
And as the Holy Spirit comes rejoice

Go deep within your heart
So deep within your soul
To that sacred place
Where’s the heartbeat of love can be known

Ask the Holy Mother for help
receive the life that she gives to you
born of the one true love
born from the joy that is so true

Listen to the sound of life
Listen to the Holy Mother’s love
Heart the heartbeat of the Lord
attuned to the holy spirit from above

GIVE WINGS TO MY HEART

Blessed Mother help me
To be touched by your great grace
Reach deep into my heart and soul
And let me see the innocence of your sacred face

And the Queen of Angels comes
And Gives wings to my hearts sweet song
And I let the hardness go
to reach the realms your angels know

Let my confused mind understand
the truth that the lord does bring
let me find the words to express your beauty
that lives the truth you so sweetly see

let me find your tone of light
and grant me the gift to describe
the blessings that you bring to life
when you touch so many deep inside

teach my heart to sing
with a voice that is worthy of you
guide me on the path
to be worthy of the blessings so true

And I ask for you to help me
to find the way to pray
to be worthy of your teachings
and to help others if I may

give wings to my heart
and let it fly home to you
let me soar with your angels
and find the blessings in the work you do

Blessed Mother guide me
And help me to understand
The work of the Lord and Master
Is in serving our fellow humans

Through the halls of Heaven
Slipping through the halls of higher realms
Hearing creations hidden call
merging with the imperfection
of this human predicaments deception

That shows us all the great reflection
of this earthly human condition
that never knows all of the world
And its great imperfections

As we are balanced by life
and the fine line
between what's wrong
and what is right

father mother God
Such a perfect imperfection
And we must choose
What is our final direction

Breath and form combined
The earthly and sublime
Merged by such a fine line
That leaves us with a comedy divine

Perfect imperfection
Accepting this as our perception
Living out our sentence
Til our journey completes the penance

There's such a human gap
That drives us to get back
The needs to get it right
And live the best in life

Perfect imperfection knows
only this upside down that shows
Such a strange reflection
Of heavens intervention

Dear Father Mother God
We always have such hard odds
To be or not to be
To fulfill our Divine Destiny

So we just do our best
As we try to pass life's great test
To try to make things right
In spite of the human plight

Perfect imperfection takes
Such acceptance and such grace
Forgiveness every day
And Compassion to find a way

What can we do but pray
And meditate so we can find
Home to that place inside
To hear that small voice
That will not be denied

And We are part of the one great whole
And yet we can't see the bigger picture
And so we never know
What's just around the bend
And how it will turn out in the end

Cept for all these strange clues
That lead us back to you
father Mother God
We have such difficult odds

We're Here for a just short while
And then gone to the other side
Always bridging this strange gap
Until we accept that deal is our pact

Perfect imperfection takes
Such love and forgiveness it takes
To accept just who we are
All such aging stars

This divine comedy and the masks
We see played out on each funny face
As we accept this is our act
as our roles the human race
And all that Perfect imperfection
that Finds us wherever we go

Til we make it home
And can laugh at how much we've grown
Into Father Mother God
And the bigger picture is then known
